What I do here

I'm building Prep and Chef, a recipe manager and meal-planning app for iOS that hasn't launched yet, and I write and review everything published on this site. That means:

Reviewing and approving every recipe-analysis page before it goes live. The analysis itself is software-assisted — our methodology page explains exactly what the pipeline does and what it doesn't (we don't cook or taste-test the recipes we analyse).
Writing the cooking guides, with food-safety figures checked against USDA/FSIS references.
Handling corrections — if something on this site is wrong, it lands on my desk. Email hello@prepandchef.com.
